SECTION 25 - AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions govern participation in the QFS Maga Store Affiliate Program.

By applying to or participating in the program, the affiliate agrees to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws and advertising regulations.

2. Nature of Products

All products sold by QFS Maga Store are memorabilia, novelty collectibles, souvenir products, or entertainment items only.

Products:

  • Hold no monetary or financial value

  • Are not investments or financial instruments

  • Are not legal tender or cryptocurrency

  • Cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money

  • Must not be promoted as appreciating assets or stores of value

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from representing any product as:

  • An investment opportunity

  • A financial asset

  • A currency substitute

  • A gold-backed or redeemable product

  • A product guaranteed to increase in value

Any such representation constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates may NOT:

  • Make false or misleading claims

  • Suggest endorsements or affiliations that do not exist

  • Misrepresent product value or purpose

  • Use deceptive advertising practices

  • Impersonate QFS Maga Store

  • Use fake testimonials or reviews

All marketing content must remain truthful and compliant with applicable laws.

4. Compliance With Laws and Platform Policies

Affiliates must comply with:

  • Consumer protection laws

  • FTC advertising guidelines

  • EU advertising regulations

  • Social media platform policies

  • Disclosure requirements for affiliate commissions

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination.

5. Brand Representation

Affiliates may not register domains, social accounts, or advertisements that impersonate QFS Maga Store or create confusion regarding official affiliation.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

QFS Maga Store reserves the right to monitor Affiliate marketing activities and require removal or correction of non-compliant content.

7. Immediate Termination

Any Affiliate found promoting products as investments, financial assets, redeemable instruments, or stores of value may be terminated immediately and permanently.

8. Limitation of Authority

Affiliates act as independent marketers and have no authority to make commitments on behalf of QFS Maga Store.

9. Changes to the Agreement

QFS Maga Store reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
